We talked to Vasiliy Kirin and Ekaterina Prozorova in the lobby of the hotel two days after they won the Amateur Rising Star Ballroom event at the Blackpool Festival in May 2011. They come from Moscow but currently dance for Austria in Amateur Ballroom category. See their results.
